I truly enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. the staff were welcoming and affable, a real pleasure to deal with. - This venue was set in a very central area just off Casa Cleo, the train station, and Colosseum. - Rione Monti district was worth staying in.

The hotel was great value, I really enjoyed it. I liked the inner courtyard view. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including coffee and croissants. The hotel exceeded all expectations, I would happily go back again. It was a VERY GOOD time staying at this excellent value venue. The location offered was good close enough to all Rome main sightseeings as well as all the fabulous cafes and restaurants are. After long day I visited Imperium Pub for a couple of drinks.

Ideal hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff for a really amazing stay. Big beds and an air conditioning and a high ceiling. Good for short stay.

The location of this place is unbeatable as it is right next to a bus stop.

The guy that runs this place is friendly and helpful, when we arrived he took us to the cafe next door for a coffee while they sorted out an admin issue with our booking (it happens). The position is perfect, pretty much can walk to most of the local attractions, and only a short walk from Roma Termini station, which has plenty of shuttles to the airports and of course is the main train station in Rome.

The 'included' breakfast is a pastry and coffee at the cafe next door. While this is ok for some people, and pretty common in parts of Europe (France this is quite common also), I'm a pretty big guy and need a bit more sustenance.

I did not like anything.

The hotel was uncomfortable and dirty. It was very noisy. There was no breakfast. Conditions in the hotel are very poor. I do not recommend it.The rate per night does not meet of the proposed conditions

The central location is convenient, close to attractions like the Colosseum, a bar/cafe, the train station, and we appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay wonderful.

Nice and clean! Good location - in walking distance from termini and all the turist sites in the city. Staff friendly, the man however couldn't speak english and aeemed quute confused about when we're supposed to leave despite we were booked correctly in his book. Nothing that gave us any problems though! The breakfast was typical italian- a coffee and a danish at a nearby caffe. But decided that compaired to other hotels the price was that much lower that we could buy a lot of breakfast for that price. The bed was too hard for our taste, but have tried that in.more expensive hotels as well. All in all nice for a short stay in the city.
